Avast is a Total War-lite hybrid grand strategy/real-time tactical autobattler game with a twist, combining beautiful tropical aesthetics, pixel art, huge unique maps, individually generated independent factions, pirate freedom fighters and plenty of loot.

• Sail to a beautiful land of tropical islands, exploring your own unique procedurally generated map

• Raid Empire trade routes to get cash for upgrades and new ships. Deploy ships and set their orders, then watch it play out through the autobattler.

• Liberate the islands - attack Empire ports and watch the two phase bombard/assault combat unfold through discrete events simulation

• Battle enemy fleets and defend the liberated lands from reconquest. Develop your own combat strategies through combinations of orders for each ship in your fleet.

• Upgrade your ships at friendly liberated ports - take on the superior numbers of the Empire

Avast flips the classic grand strategy formula on its head: no more colonial-coded wars of expansion. Your faction of rebel buccaneers has been summoned to take on the invading Empire, free the islands, and return them to the control of the people who live on them.
